Title: Little Sparkle of Life

I'm a free spirit and try to live life to the fullest and with a light heart. I'm living in the desert studying to be Naturopathic Doctor at SCNM.  I love learning, camping, biking, painting, my mini garden, surfing, enjoying a nice glass of wine, the beach…I also love funny people, kind people, and genuine people. I'm a super health freak and I love cooking. I'm a seeker of beauty, and have a deep appreciation for the 'little things' in life.  I'm sentimental, nurturing, with a dash of wild, and a sweet disposition. My life's purpose is to help people better their health naturally.  I do this through nutrition, mind-body medicine, acupuncture, herbs, homeopathy, spinal manipulation, and others.  As a Naturopathic Doctor, I'm trained to perform minor surgery and prescribe pharmaceuticals, but this is always my last choice.  I believe in the wisdom if the body to heal itself, also called the “Vis Medicatrix Naturae” or the healing power of nature, and true healing comes when we support and stimulate it.
